W3Body in Hoffman Estates is looking for a personal trainer to train clients in a small group personal training setting (max of 4 women in a group) plus TEAM training (max of 16 women) if needed. We are a highly reputable training- centric fitness club for women with a number of flexible times available! Personal Trainer Requirements
- Design workouts according to the W3 program formats (strength-based for small group PT and functional training/HIIT based for TEAM Training)
- Develop positive relationships with class participants by teaching a variety of challenging workouts.
- Conduct safe workout sessions and classes to W3 standards and leave members feeling positive and motivated for the next class!
- CPR/AED certification
- Currently hold a nationally recognized personal training certification or working toward such a certification
- Experience in functional training specifically a plus
- Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
